Payment terms 50% on order/50% on loading

Guarantee for quality:

The quality claim will be accepted – within 7 days of delivery and we will replace all unopened packs with yarns immediately. Our tolerance for trial is up to 20 kg. We do not replace yarns which are already knitter on knitted panels

Quantity claim can be accepted upon arrival of the good before signing of CMR.

There aren’t VAT expenses in Europe.
